    Hi everyone,

I have a new review site that I've built.

Plenty of content I have personally written and its attached to a WP blog engine to continually add new articles.

Problem is that I know nothing about implementing marketing strategies to start generating revenue.

The site looks amazing as I am sure anyone will agree but right now its dormant.

If someone could offer for tips or help that would be great. Or if someone would like to partner I would entertain ideas in that direction.

Its fully functional and ready to go.

www.thefatlossauthority.com (WHY video is a completed 7 min power point presentation with voice over, just need to swap in the right files)

can't wait to hear from you guys.

    Mike:)

Yeah, your site looks great but.......How well does it convert?

If I were you, I would NOT get a partner. All you need to do is throw some traffic at it and test test test.

Get your autoresponder e-mails set up and see what happens.

    Hi DrPep,

I agree. I'd prefer to go the non=partner route, but I have no idea how well it converts because my knowledge on traffic generation is slim at the moment (so zero traffic converts at 100%, haha) and I have another project that is taking up my capital on design. So I need to learn how to generate SEO traffic and learn how to test etc.

I have an autoresponder set up and it, there are no follow-up emails, just the free gift at this time.

so any help on traffic and testing would be great?

I was even thinking of maybe part-time partnership where someone could mentor me a bit, and then if it starts making money I'd agree to compensate them up to an agreed on amount. If it doesn't make money, well, then no harm no foul. Its just a thought. The site has been sitting there for two months now and I need to do something with it as I think it looks great too.

Thinking of promoting a clinically proven fat binder? With recession discounts, seasonal campaigns and pre-written reviews comparing it to other pills like Phentermine and Alli? I've got a suggestion for you :)

haha. thanks for the possible suggestion, but it doesn't matter what I promote if I am not getting any traffic right?

i'll tell you what, you help me with the traffic and I will ad your product to the site.

If you need traffic, take a look at Perry Marshall. His ecourse on adwords is free and his book is worth the $20 you'll pay at Amazon to learn basic strategies for throwing some traffic at your site and testing the conversions, as DrPep suggested.

I'd go for article marketing. Ranking for the products names in the search engines is one way to capture people willing to buy. You obviously can write so there's no problem there.

Do forum marketing as well, you can eventually outsource the forum marketing by renting the signature of someone who posts frequently to the forums. Article marketing can be outsourced easily as well.

You could go for paid advertising as well, just to get the site off the ground.

nice site too, is that you in the video?
