Selling Great Micro Niche site!

    I want to sell my micro niche site. The site has had $0.12 income this month (the first month, just 1 click). I have done nothing in terms of SEO work except submit the site to google.

    The keyword is "play bowling" which has over 12,000 monthly searches from the USA, and over 33,000 monthly searches globally. The domain is an exact match "http://play-bowling.com"

    It comes with 2 decent articles which are already on the site, both over 400 words each. They do have some grammar errors as they were outsourced.


    With just a little SEO work, you could easily be on the first page and be getting a large chunk of those visitors. The income potential is big.


    I am looking for $40, but I am open to offers.
