Was looking at this Drupal site that ran wordpress about 6 months ago.

Oops, but I don't have Drupal on the site where I want to have tag cloud. Its just in simple php. Any help ?

Also I had used drupal one year back on one of my site. I loved it(there forum is very active) but eventhough after spending coundless hours in understanding its internals and how it works I could never made my site good looking. I mean it is still just the basic 3 boxes on left and 2 on right with content in the middle kind of design. So What will you guys advice me ? should I hire a good designer or do we have pre built templates for drupal ? also where can I find good designers for drupal ?

Anyone know how those thumnail images of the celebrities in the "This Minute" section in the middle are created from the larger images on the indiviual post pages that they are linked to?

That is a really cool effect.

 

It looks like the Image Gallery Mod that you can get for Drupal... It is the mod I use at my website too...

Edit: On second thought I don't think it is the same mod I'm using... mine makes thumbnails, but the one at that magazine site crops the faces to make a thumbnail...

 

It looks like it is a girl magazine anyway so the colors are fine.
