Selling Great Local Directory Site with growing traffic - Set-up for passive income

Local accountant directory (tunbridge wells accountants - a uk town with 57,000 people) site set-up for clickbank and adsense along with space for one banner advert from local accountant. I have other sites that bring in over $100 a month just from the banner advert. Site needs a little bit of seo work on it and then it should get ranked on the the first page of google for crutial much searched local keywords like Tunbridge Wells accountant (390 a month search according to google). I do not have time to devote to this site due to commitments elsewhere. Questions - Please let me know.
