One of the most successful activities online become so, because they are helping somebody some way. I felt compelled to write here today, because there is a common desire from most people around this forum to earn a living online. I am on my way, and even when I am not totally disconnected from the offline activities and they still help me to pay my mortgage and provide to sustain my family, there is a great portion earned online. Everything is Marketing. All the activities that promise to help you make money online, or earn a living is talking you about marketing, one way or the other. Marketing is the name of the game. So far, I confess that not as much as I would like but as I said, It helps a lot. What I do, is to outsource some of my work. Some months ago, I wouldn't even dream to actually hire somebody. This excellent person that lives on the other side of the world, is a lot smarter than me for some tasks like writing articles. He works about 20 hours a week for me and by the quality of the work delivered I would bet that he takes some of his own extra time to finish. But is very professional as to recognize that. I'll reward that commitment with extra cash, which is the only way I can do that. I've never being the boss of anyone but now, I am starting to feel what my boss feels regarding the bonus awarded at the end of the year. Why did I mention to have someone else outsourced here? Because, I wanted to share my small level of improvement since I started, selling my blood online, so to speak, to the people hiring me to do what I outsource today. And I know this sounds like I am "exploiting" somehow that new resource of mine today, but actually, I am not. You see, when I wrote for other people, the salary or freelance payment I received was fair from my point of view, but it was because I didn't know a thing about Internet Marketing, CPA offers Adsense sites and all those methods I know today to generate the kind of money I earn now. Besides, my country is third world country as well, but the person who works for me now, lives in a world where the economy and cost of life is half or almost half of what we live in my location. As an example, where an employee on USA earns around $3.5 K to $4K in my country, a minimum wage is around $900 to $1K. On my outsourced location, $400 to $600 is a good salary. Plus, as they are working online, they only need a computer and a good online connection. They save hundreds of dollars on commuting to work, and on time. They have a freedom to do whatever they want and whenever they want to, and that freedom is priceless, wherever you are. I will even say, that a person earning $10K a month on USA, is not as happy as a guy earning $1K on Philipines or even India, which are two of the most famous places for outsourcing. My country is Costa Rica, and the cost of life here is a bit hire than in those countries. May be, what is so different among 3rd world countries is how the culture influences behaviors. Like buying the last fashion trends or the last tech toys, iphones, ipads and so on. Anyway, every continent even with the globalization caused by the Internet, is going to be different. As you can see, I am sort of helping someone else to gain that freedom I am getting, and eventually, that same person, if he has the potential needed to build his own business, will continue growing by himself. I thank all the people that hired me to write when I started. Some of them payed me $1.5 for a 300 words article where some others $50, but the process was always the same. Also, there are new things that popup all the time with new promises but today, I want to show this new business to those smart enough to recognize a revolutionary business. You might be tempted to believe that it has already been done, but I can assure to you, that is totally new.
