Great idea for a twitter app/website, please read

    Hello, I have been using twitter for a while and came up with a pretty good idea having to do with retweets. I don't have much knowledge with computer programming and wanted to ask some questions to people who are familiar with that area. If you use Twitter a lot and would like to hear my idea, please write me back. Not sure if you are allowed to post your email in these forums but if you are, please let me know, thanks!

    Well basically the idea is simple but i don't know how easy it would be to create. Are any of you good with computer programming or building apps/websites
