That poor fellow is advertising advibrance on his site affiliatefreedom, simple as that. Advibrance pays $3 for affiliates u refer. this guy pays 0.1$ to join his site to u that's it.
this was looking promising-before i hit the scam post. I was checking out the site. Not thrilled about the $100 minimum pay out, but other then that it looked good. Anyone else brave enough to try it??

All i can do is confirm that yes we paid him via paypal and all he is saying is to use his Ref link to signup.
I think we can only join and come back here. So much pain is required to take to know whether it is scam or not. Basically I dont believe anybody simply throwing 5 bucks just for sign up.
