For one of my sites I use GSiteCrawler and it's free.

There is a whole section here at DP for sitemaps

but there is a limited of 500 pages.

Anyone recommends me a better one?

xml-sitemaps.com is great tool. I use it too.
It is fast and reliable.
it may have 500 urls limit, but u can make as much sitemaps as you want and add them to google's webmasters tools

 

If I was doing sites with 500+ pages, I would absolutely buy their software for $20.
