It has pr 2 which is good if you are looking for a good backlink, its totally free to add a site, not even need a reciprocal link or anything. Only "catch" is that your site has to be a golfrelated site. You can also get a sponsored link (always at the top in your category) by either paying a small amount or you can get a sponsored link just by adding a backlink on your site (has to be atleast pr 3 for this though).
