    Income is from Google Adsense and banner ads. Income can also be generated from paid memberships as we currently have Gold and Diamond Memberships however they are free upgrades at the moment

    Domain registered at Name Cheap. Payment via Pay Pal and can push the domain over

    The forum is the latest version MyBB 1.6 and all the plugins are current versions

    Our members have made a total of 51,671 posts in 9,979 threads and currently have 3,902 members registered

    Top 2 threads are (157,000 views) and (102,000 views)

    Listed first on Google for "Daily Talk Forum" and second for "Daily Talk"

    When does the forum started? How you handle the banner rotation? Is this forum for a certain country's topics or it's worldwide?

    Was interested, but it seems like a lot of traffic comes from discoverthailand.Asia and a lot of traffic is also being sent there. It would seem that both of these sites are yours. Also that would explain the large number of Asian/Thailand visitors, and very little search engine traffic. What's the best price that you can do... Thanks.

    To be quite honest the revenue from adsense is only about $100 per year and paid advertising is also about $100 per year (however I've just reduced the prices quite a bit and I'm sure paid advertising will pick up), so about $200 all up. The main problem with adsense is that the CPC is very low. If you did some SEO on the site to get more relevant and better ads you could do very well with adsense just by fixing that up. You could also introduce paid memberships for additional income

    The forum is about 3.5 years old. Creation date 04 May 2008. With banner rotation there is a banner rotator and banners can easily be added or changed from within the admin panel. The forum is general content and it focuses on a broad range of topics. The audience is Mainly US, UK, Aust but also has quite a few members from Asia and India. I do own discoverthailand.Asia and recently moved from Australia to Thailand and only have time to concentrate on that site now

    Daily Talk Forum was actually a merger when it was created 3.5 years ago from 4 forums - Aussie Talk Forum, Talk Thailand Forum, Discover Europe Forum and Outdoor Living Gardening Forum - all which closed at the time. I would look at around $600 which is probably a more realistic price. I have put a lot of work into the forum over the years and it would be a great starting point for someone that wants to develop a forum but doesn't want to spend years getting it up and running. There is enough content there about many many different subjects that it could be turned into a niche forum. Also the forum is clean and has been well moderated for spam and other bad content which is promptly deleted

    $300 is THREE TIMES your yearly revenue. Not monthly, yearly.

    There is no logical reason to keep it with an offer on the table like that. Take it now!

    I previously offered $300 and I've told him the same thing. No one else would offer that high seeing that the yearly revenue's only $100.
