I wanted to recomend the http://www.web10.us/ directory I found that my listing was posted in less than 24 hours. They have a webmaster forum also that was very nice... it is a pay directory but I think it was worth it. Check it out.

All categories have PR0 pages. The url must have been bought from another owner.

Yep. No PR on any pages with listings.

Why do you think it is worth 50 bucks to get a PR 0 link? Are you the owner of this directory?

I will say it has no *Video Games* section which is as huge as the Movie Industry but it has a *Science Fiction* section which is cool since I'm a Scifi nut, but it also says at the bottom it has a *Certified Traffic Rank from Alexa of 72,349*...

Me I dunno I'm not as experienced with this stuff as you guys are.. :D

Not only $49 but "The fee is for our time to review your site. If your site is rejected, it will not be refunded."

Would anyone sign up for $49, PR0 page, with that condition?
    I wouldn't.

In all reality, the exported pagerank means nothing. Pagerank is constantly being updated internally and the weight will always bear the same effect, it's just the matter of what WE see. Pagerank 0 or not, the weight will still be there in a few weeks or however long it takes to properly index the site and distribute the pagerank.

True, but wouldn't you agree that this would apply to pages which are indexed and cached, some of which I reviewed weren't. I also doubt that having a link form a page in the Supplemental index would provide much value. ;)

I noticed that as well. I'm guessing that this domain wasn't a directory until recently.

Anyone ever use the wayback machine: Click here

According to the wayback machine, this site used to be run on the biz directory script. Now it obviously uses PHPLD. The owner changing scripts likely accounts for the PR loss on all category pages.
