I'm looking for a designer to do a PSD design for me for a Magento eCommerce site. I already have an initial design that I would like to adapt, I'm looking for someone to take this and come up with a couple initial concepts and then put together a final PSD file for the developer. You design skills MUST be great, I'm looking for a really good looking design.
