    The script is not unique but not many people have it. It was custom made buy a guy named HaloprO, you might know him from Clantemplates or Talkfreelance. Im sure he didn't sell it to many people, i'm going ot say less than 10 people but i'm not positive, but it's not like a script you can get for a free download.

    -Results from Google
    -Results from Yahoo
    -Results from MSN
    -Alexa ranking

    The design is completley unique and was designed by a freind of mine named Rob Faller, he made it for the site only and you will get the full .PSD with the site.

    The updates on this site are very easy to edit, they are not in a CMS but they can be very easily updated even if you do not have a great knowledge of coding.

    The template is coded in tableless xHTML/CSS!

    This is a turnkey site and has no stats or revenue, we have just developed it and would like to give it to someone who can take care of it.

    Hi, im the person who coded the site and was selling it on TFL. The auction will end when im satisified with the bid amt or when somone buys at BIN. Im asking ATLEAST 60 bucks for this at the least. But if I have to (and I mean have to), I will sell it for lower.

    Not sure if I can say this....but I will accept 85 for the site.
