    Little traffic(150UV per month) and no revanue. Price for this site is high just because the domain name is very good and will be sold for a lot of money in future if somebody stick with it.

    Is a 1 word domain with a Slovenia TLD considered premium? Would there be legal issues to transfer this domain to someone who has nothing to do with that country?

    no slovania is not premium. I wouldnt call any domain thats not .com or a tleast .net premium because nobody remembers any of them. Also 500 games is very low when you can buy turnkey scripts for $30-60 with thousands+ games already added to the db.

    Yes i consider it's premium.

    No legal issues at all. .SI domain names can register anybody.
