Let's stick to the point. Can soldiers make political statements? I say no. But the spin here indicates even if it's a rule, as long as the statement kisses the adminstrations ass, it's ok. You guys insult the intelligence of our soldiers. That's anti american.
Many do everyday in emails back to their families, in General for a non security issue like this they are allowed free speech, it is their right as long as it does not affect their job! I'm still waiting for the Cheney Sucks signs though! PS: Too bad he is in the chain of command, that would be a violation of rules!
Are their statements political if they get slandered in comments by a political leader. I say no. It wasnt a political statement if being made fun of their intellegence whether in jest or not from a political leader. Their statement was clearly not political. There is not point to be had. If Kerry can poke fun at the service men and womans intellegence. Than thats all it was not anything more or less if you want to defend Kerry's statement of him just having fun.
Or, your spin indicates that it's wrong, only if it's towards Captain Treason. Cause I didn't see anything about the current administration in the banner, did you? Facts do matter
I asked if it was right or wrong. Period. All your facts state one thing, you don't care as long as it serves your aganda. If it's wrong, it's wrong, but you can't comprehend anything unless it serves you.
This must be the period you were on: Just right or wrong, right? You do care, only because it goes against your agenda. Saying it's wrong doesn't make it so. You only comprehend something if it serves you. "boo hoo hoo, john scary kicked the soldiers in the shin and they kicked back!"
You can twist all you want, that don't make it change. I was discussing right and wrong. You are twisting into left and right. But with your "morals", I expect that.
So you are to say what Kerrys statement was not slanderous. And just because of a ruling that covers active service men and woman. Makes Kerry's statement non slanderous. Nor should he be spoken to in such a manner because of a slanderous statement. What no eye for an eye. Besides if he is a an exserviceman. Really where is your loyalties to your brothers and sisters in the Armed Forces?
Twisting wasn't needed. You provided it for me: "but, but, but I was just asking if it was right or wrong!"
No, I'm not saying that. This simply shows that the Soldiers have the right (per UCMJ) to make that poster.
You two look like your having fun, but the only two amused are yourselves. OK, vacation is over. Been fun.
Relax everyone, we all know Kerry is a tool, besides, he did apologize. And he voted for the joke before he voted against it. Don't forget that...
Kerry's apology was not an apology. He said something to the affect of, I apologize if my comments offended some vets. He did not say, I'm sorry I made such a stupid, arrogant comment about our brave men and women. Even if he had, is it really sincere? I mean, it seems like he is only apologizing after having been pressured to. Either way the damage is done. Kerry single handedly grounded the democratic party in eternal ruin this go around (again)...
Really, Like I am sooooooooooooooo Shocked that the Democrats are in eternal ruin for another 4 years.........Pffft...........Blunders.............All blunders.................Blunderous Pfft. If you dont go on to get a higher education, Would one have to say that you would end up on John Kerry's campain? Oppppppppppppssssssssssssssssssss............Did I say that? My most un sincere apologies.
I disagree with Kerry on most things, but anyone who thinks he was talking about our troops is stupid. He was a troop himself (unlike Bush) and has 3 purple hearts. When he said "stuck in Iraq" he was referring to Bush, not troops you retards. Some of you are stupid.
Funny, he won't release his military records. Wonder why? Whats he have to hide? And it's not nice to call people stupid! Not that it bothers me coming from you, just saying...
