Great Anchor Site For Sale

    I am selling http://www.enterwork.net.

    I have used this site as a great anchor site for my other sites. Enterwork is a PR4 and I have just added a directory yesterday. It has more than 100+ submissions since yesterday. And it is still having sites being submitted.

    I also have done link exchanges with some sites(from linkmarket.net). There are 2 PR6's 3 PR 3's.

    I have made about $50 in link sales with this site as well. I haven't pushed the sales really. Nor have I added clicksor or adsense either. Just never got around to it.

    So this site can make profit as well as a great anchor site for PR if you have multiple sites. And the directory will most likely help with PR and what not.

    Reason why of Sale: I am to busy with my other two sites and in the process of building my 3rd site. I thought I could handle what I could and got in over my head. I would rather sell it than have it neglected because of other work.

    Domain registered at Domainsite.com and is registered till March 6th, 2007

    Advantage I have pm'd you the stats.

    Remember this is an anchor site. It has a PR4 and a directory. Anchor sites that have PR dont have big stats. I do have the stats.

    And if you also take a look at the forums you will see there have been posts as well. 26 registered users with 584 posts. It also has 11 articles (value of upwards of $75)

    And please if you request the stats please only serious potential buyers.
