Selling Great adsense niche with very high paying keywords. Made over $330 this month

I am selling drunk-driving-lawyers.net which is a part wordpress blog and part directory. The directory is at www.drunk-driving-lawyers.net/dir and it has about 290k lawyers names and addresses listed. The DUI keywords pay upwards of $40 per clicks and I average about $4 per click. The site is new but I have used some very effective email marketing campaigns that has made $330 this month. The adsense account that is on the site just has this account attached to it and I will sell it with the account as a whole business for a higher price because the account already has $330 in it but I would rather not do that but if someone needs an account that is an option.

I will continue to help market the site until you get your investment back and then you are on your own with the marketing. The marketing is email marketing so it is hit or miss. You will have days when you make $100 to $200 on the days you mail out the emails and then on days with no emails you will only make $3 or $4 from adsense. I have the setup needed to do the mailings and like I said I will keep doing them for free until you get your entire investment back and maybe another few days so you can make a profit and then you will need to find your own email provider.
