Hi There,

I'm selling content site http://www.retirement-resources.info with over 7000 words and 14 PLR articles all about retirement. *NOTE: Articles are not unique* Site is indexed in Google (3 pages) and in MSN.

The search phrase "retirement" gets searched for tens of thousands of times a month according to overtures suggestion box.

Site is about two months old and has generated $6.73 with Adsense so far. It gets 40-70 unique visitors per month, not much but I haven't done much SEO either. You do get the domain name, the website design and all the content.
