Great 5 Proxy Network for Sale! *.com Domains!

I am looking to sell 5 proxies together in one sale. I am not interested in splitting them up. These sites all have great *.com names and reputation. There are lots of custom PHP/HTML modifications to the original scripts that the new owner can have and use after purchase.

The sites have lower traffic now due to the dedicated server being down for about a month and a half from mid-December to February. They have never been promoted heavily but always seem to get consistent traffic. They ran fine on a dedicated server from Valueweb with 1GB RAM.

The domains for sale are:

freshtart
perfectshelter

Also included in the sale:

iproxies.com (proxy ranking site currently down)
proxystats.org (proxy ranking site currently down)

Revenue:

Google Adsense Avg: $100-200/month
Adbrite Avg: $5-20/month
Adversal Avg: $5-40/month

I can show serious buyers only statistics for the sites.

Traffic:

Four of the sites get 300-1,000 high-quality uniques and at least one site that gets over 10,000 - 15,000 unique visitors a month. I will show serious buyers statistics from google analytics.

Four of the sites only get high quality US, Canadian, and UK traffic and redirect all other traffic to the fifth proxy. My intention was to capitalize on the foreign traffic but this idea of mine never got the attention it needed to succeed.

Reason for selling:

I don't have the time to promote these and have other projects that are taking up my time.
