What are we thinking? I bought it thinking I was going to start a webmaster blog, but then realized there is money to be made elsewhere. I think its a pretty good domain. Whats your 2 cents?

Ehh.. what is it supposed to mean? grayhat (as a domain hack) or grayh?
In both ways it sounds meaningless to me. I would give you $0 for this 1.

Use google. Its a good tool.

Grayhat refers to the new era of seo. Before there were predominately white hats and black hats, and now there is a growing number of us who are... grayhats :).

I do appreciate your opinion, but i think your.... wrong.

it's called a domain name hack, and yeah that's a pretty good one if you find a domainers who buys those.

ExEnigma: this has nothing to do with wrong or right. It is just my opinion. To me
(and to many others) it just says Grayh.at, and not Grayhat. It is pretty cleat that
you want people to agree with you about having a 'pretty' domain, as far as I know
this is a appraisal forum, not a kiss your ass forum.

MrX: It is called a domain hack, certainly not a domain name hack! Please
check your sources before you give me a citation, based on false information.

hahaha welcome to domaining, bro. my reply was directed at the OP, as i was trying to offer constructive criticism, not just insult the hell out of him.

thajuice4me:Your opinion can be wrong. Its that simple. And of course I want my domain to be worth something... doesn't everyone who posts in here? In any case, maybe your right and I was wrong to say you were wrong, but you continue to come off as a dick so I find it difficult to say I'm sorry for that.

Mrx: Thanks for info, if you ever in need of some help in the paid search area PM me.

Anyway, I think I'm happy with this appraisal. As long as someone else sees what I do, I know I'm not crazy. Expect an auction.

It is a clever way of putting it - something on the lines of gig.gs and other domains. But the at domain isn't too well known, and you may not be able to garner typein traffic...

I'd expect the future owner to just want something memorable. I'd venture to say there are very little type ins so domain hacks.

When I 1st saw the name, I couldn't figure out what it was, but after reading the other posts, I would have to agree, that it could be a domain hack, even though it's 2 words, but a true domain hack IMO is 1 word that has been hacked.

Also, you have to consider the 2 spellings, could be Grey or Gray. If you search Google, Grey Hat has 1.75 million results, Gray Hat has 1.45 million results

Not to sure how successful it would be to sell this name to other domainers because many of them don't really like 2 word hacks, while some of them don't like them at all

I would have to say reg fee
