gray Reputation ?!?

    I recieved a reputation that seemed to be "positive" in the comment that was left. However, the little icon next it was not red nor green (<-- is that a double negative?) but gray. What is the reason behind this? All I can think of is that that person does not yet have the "power" to give reputation yet or something?

    I think it may have some, but not as much. I don't pay too much attention to it to be honest. Grey rep is definately not a bad thing though.
