    Oh yes!!!! a point per 100 rep/1000 posts/per year here, was the original rep power. It's changed a few times.

    That's an example of a blue rep. blue = no power!!! You guys need way more than 100 rep points/1000 posts to give out green down here in da off topic board!!!

    I'm not sure how much you need to give rep in da off Topic. I think you can give green out of the Off Topic when you have over 50 posts and are in da green.

    That explains it!! Ask any of da oldies here if I'm a nice guy and they'll tell you I'm really annoying!!! Hince da title King of da Wackos!!! :D:D:D

    And think twice before giving out red to n00bies/spammers, there's a cost to that!!!!
