Have you checked to see what kind of permits are needed and what kind of rules are in effect with these. I assume you putting them up in the air. I don't think you can just run one up, I may be wrong. donrock
Not to shoot down your idea, but somehow I don't think a blimp would be a cost effective marketing strategy, especially for a website.
