I'm not looking to make money quick, but wondering a simple question. If i were to create a generic site pointed at say "fill in niche here" and then within the local community look to see who would be interested in my website services to have a website created, how much success could I reasonably see? Yes I could just offer my skills for anyone in the area, but I'd thought that specializing in a certain type of client and website may be more lucrative. Does anyone have any experience or advice on the topic. Lastly, for something that i've developed to be generic what do you charge for a "out of the box" site like that? I wouldn't be able to charge per hour because I've already done most of the development already. Thanks.
