    You want $5,000 for 2 month old forum site? I can get 5000 uniques too if I wanted to from autosurfing. This whole thing sounds fishy.

    No revenue, 200+ members, and you want $5000?
    All I can say is, you certainly are shooting for the stars here!

    Maybe I can sell my forum for $20000 as I have 4 times the members!\

    10 months revenue is about the best most sites sell for.

    With forums a dime a dozen, even 10 months revenue would be hard to get.

    Still a bit pricey for a new forum site with no revenue. Can you show a screen shot of where your visitors are coming from?
