I have recently decided to open up a Graphics Outsourcing company. If your a designer who is looking for a new approach to online work then I am looking for you. What will I do? I have good sales ability and I work well with others as far as communication goes so why not develop and sell for myself? One simple fact, I am a horrible designer. There are many out there who are so talented but lack the ability to bring in business for themselves. So this is where I come in. I am looking for 10-20 designers who are interested in working under me. Of course you can do your individual work as well but if you are assigned a project you will be required to meet deadlines for any job that you accept. Why work for us? Well simply because we will attempt to assign each designer weekly work to the best of our ability. The market for designers is high and with lots of competition it can be hard to find work. Assignments and pay rate will also depend on experience, abilities, and overall talent. You will be required to submit samples of your work for us to add to your personal portfolio for potential clients to view. Of course the better the workmanship the more likely you are to be hired. What is workmanship? Basically how good your work is along with your abilities to work with clients on what they need. Can you revise things? Are you creative? Are you easy to work with? When will I get paid? This is yet to be determined. We will discuss this with each individual on how they prefer to be paid. You may choose to be paid per project, weekly, or so forth. Also we will discuss payment methods. Also you will be paid once the work is complete and the client is happy with the end results. If you do not specify a desired payment choice you will be paid on a weekly basis so please remember this. What do you I need from you? For those who are interested I will need samples to look over. Once we have agreed on terms I will then add your portfolio to the main site when its finished. Potential clients will then have the ability to browse through the designers and choose one. Who are we looking for? We are looking for designers who are dedicated, honest workers, who are online quite a bit and have the ability to meet deadlines and be dependable. Can I be from any location? We would actually prefer designers from around the world because each has their own special traditions that others may not be able to offer potential clients. Variety is good! Will I ever be fired? As long as clients show an interest in your work and you are dependable we will not have any problems. I am only looking for those who are interested in working steadily with us, not someone who wants to complete one task and then move on.
