Graphics Designer Needed

Hey, I have made a .PNG web layout and I cannot create decent web graphics yet. Actually I have never tried, nor learned how to yet. So basically I have the plans on what sizes, and what they should look like.

So I need a good quality designer, who is able to create the graphics at the sizes I need them and how I describe them to be. I can even produce most if not all graphic resources for all the graphics I need creating.

Very simple job to someone who is good at graphics. I can give very rough ideas what the graphics are, so you know what you will be creating;

Logo: Which as very small image, and the rest in text.
Outline: I have three images that just need an outline added.
Buttons: I need around five buttons made, very simple adding a border to a image I provide.
Navigation Header: I have designed one on paper, so this will be simple.

I also need all of these images except the "outline" ones to have a differnt version made of the origonal one. Basically it will be the normal image, however with some color changes.

If you are intrested, please post or PM me your rates. Also provide me with some work that you have already created recently. Members who have good iTrader for graphics would be better but not needed.

More detailed descriptions, and resources will be provided to the graphics designer, who will be creating the images. Also I want one designer, who can do all of these graphics. Also you must be avalable in the future incase I need more.
