Graphics / CSS Designer Wanted

    I'm looking for a good web designer who can both do high quality graphics, and also write out the HTML/CSS template (using clean and valid code - solid CSS knowledge is definitely a plus). A knowledge of the Smarty templating system ( http://smarty.php.net/ ) would be nice, but is certainly not a requirement.

    Anyone interested in doing work can send me a PM or post in this thread. Please send examples of past work, if possible.

    I'm looking to give a few easy jobs at first, and then will have ongoing work in the future, once I find a good designer.
