People who need a logo design for example come and place a listing for their needs.

Next, several designers come to rescue and design a logo for the person or business.

End solution is person who listed picks a design and contest is over.

You can make money in several ways...

1. Charge upgrade fees such as bold or featured listings.
2. Listing fee.
3. Designer fee for contest that is won.

Currently the website is in the growing stages with slightly low traffic. It's got around 50 or so members.
