Hello. Please open the files. EXPLANATION Explanation about the attached file. This is a 10m² shop/showroom in a very high trafic location where 50.000+ pedestrians are passing by each day. Recently it was used as a show room for real estate developers to present their real estate projects to the public. In this graphic you see a person standing in front of a door looking at the inside of this showroom where a real estate project (represented by an architecture model) is presented on a podium. At the back you see a TV (with the writing "Top Immobilie") and a Led Ticker/message board (with the writing of "Top Immobilie" in red). We used this place for years now presenting real estate developers projects. The shop has a size of approx. 2x5meters = 10m² It is also possible to open the door (inwards/from right to left). The person is staying in front of the door. Due of real estate slowdown we have to upgrade this showroom and make it more modern and for a broader custormers/products. THE SHOP/SHOWROOM New design of the graphic of the shop: The exterior: The golden frame has to stay the same. This is the shop and will remain. The interior: Can change. lets say new LED signs, curved TV, video wall at the right hand side wall etc. What will be presented in the future in this showroom. Future companies can be :: Coffeebrands companies giving away free brewed coffee. For example "nespresso". :: local internet companies who will put up internet terminals where customers can try new products or place an ad for example (It is possible to access the shop with workers or customers. In this picutre you see a guy looking into the shop). But a customer contact can also happen inside the shop between a promoter and a customer. We dont sell products in the shop though. But a picture of it should be done too. It is for promoting goods, products or give aways in the name of big brands. :: giving away samples/flyers/etc of a product :: But also pure advertisement products on a big led screen, curved TV, is possible. See uploaded picture of a famous circus presenting its dates playing in our city which was one of our customer recently. What I need is: to remodel this shop so all this is understandable and I can integrate it into a sales leaflet. It can be a couple of shots of the shop with promoter and customers inside the shop or staying in front of the shop. I also need a shot of the view looking outside of the shop. Maybe seeing plenty of people passing by the shop looking into the shop or staying in front of the shop looking inside the shop. Remodeling the shop so you can see it from 1-2 other angles. Importing is also the interaction between a promoter and the customer. :: This could be shown by handing a sample of a product (maybe highlighted) from the promoter to the customer. or :: The customer tasting a coffee from a coffeemashine (highlighting the coffeemashine and the cup of coffee) Or :: a customer is typing something into a PC Terminal. OR :: a shot showing advertisment on a big screen. Please ask me questions or for more pictures when needed.
