    it's okay, but it's more better when you work in web designing and have creativity

    You can start a business on any means , it can be just be a part of a service you are offering its still a business because you are being relied on. By also including web design in your business then you have more of a way to make money and get your business out there but you can always start with one thing and always expand to another thing.

    Anyone can start a digital printing business as long as you have the materials, quality service and dedication on that. Those factors would be helpful, I think. :)
