Graphic designers needed....

    Any suggestions?

    It's for a variety of projects.

    One is for at least 10 generic style blog templates for certain categories such as finance, technolgy, sports etc...

    The other is for celebrity sites (Official). I'm just testing the water for this now, but it looks like I'll be getting a steady stream of official sites for sports personalities, actors, musicians etc...
    This could potentially be a big one so I HAVE to have someone quick and reliable.

    Budget for the generic designs are really low. Really.
    They don't need to be incredible by any means, but viewable...

    For the celebrity sites, rates will have to be negotiated.

    I'd rather colaborate with a designer for the blog templates (Lots of links to come), but if not interested in link-ware stuff, a budget can be negotiated...

    This is just graphic work. I need PS files once designs have been produced.

    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
