I use CSS Galleries... They are the BEST design inspiration sources. My favorite CSS Galleries are. cssimpress.com cssmania.com I hope you will find them useful.
I used to find inspiration from others work that were clearly better than me in the fields. A few years later I realized that all that does is make me like them in the end. Now days I get my inspiration from real life situations & Photo's. I've recently started carrying a digital camera around with me everywhere & when I see something of interest (Whether it be a half destroyed building, a mother feeding her child, a worker taking a break, etc..) I take a picture of it. After looking at the photo a while later I can then express myself using my graphics tablet. One picture can have millions of outcomes & design styles each designer will express them self differently, yet still achieve the ultimate goal.
I draw my inspiration from everywhere and everything...limiting yourself to one source or one area is a bit self-defeating. As far as Web site design using CSS, I like looking through CSS Zen Garden's site (csszengarden.com) every now and then, just to remind me what's possible using CSS.
Looking at nature and other peoples work. When I get a block I just draw any random thing and then see how I can make that work to my advantage. Hope that helps
