I need a graphic designer ! I would like to develop a long-term relationship with a designer since I always have little projects and new websites springing up, that I would love to pay someone else to do. The next few projects that I have are: * Banner designs * Oscommerce template design for two different websites * Total redesign of another website (possibly with flash animation?) * Wordpress and blogger template designs I'm not going to lie, I'm picky, so I want my designer to be on the same page as myself (it will make both of our lives so much easier ).
