Buying Graphic Designer Needed

    Hello,

    I have a small, low quality image which I need converted into a high quality image (needs to be clear at 8 feet x 4 feet, sharp edges(no shadows, etc.))

    Theoretically impossible.
    Of course if you are not hiring some master, who can draw pixels :)

    Get a better camera ;)
