Graphic Designer needed urgently

I'm looking for a graphic designer with a bit of creative flair who is;

1) Free to do some small tasks today and tomorrow
2) Who would be interested in regular tasks each week
3) Has experience with Photoshop
4) Can prove their skills by carrying out a small test which I will give anyone who shows interest.

So far we've had 3 applications with 2 tests completed.

I would estimate that the test task took around 5-15 minutes for each applicant.
