Graphic designer needed (logo, header, ebook covers..)

I am looking for a graphic designer for ongoing work on the following basis:


- you must have a fast internet connection and be on line while we work

- we select a model (your portfolio, previous work, web sites...)

- you make a quick mock-up (90% identical)

- we gradually modify the mock-up (different pictures, different fonts...). This step is done 100% interactively.

- when we agree on a mock-up, you make the final design offline

I very rarely have tight deadlines
