I bid this job and have a minimum $1000 budget on the design and CSS. If you are interested in this kind of money, I have a few requirements to work with me. I have used a couple of designers from here for smaller projects. This requires PSD>CSS>WP integration. Just design and elements. max 50 elements...15-25 pages in WP. You will be part of a team if you are selected for this contract. My Requirements: 1. You must have a portfolio that engages me and makes me want to hire you. No Exceptions. 2.
