I have a company / website that is for sale, but I will only provide more detailed information to people who have serious offers. If you PM me with "please send more info" or "can I have more screenshots" I will not respond. The bulk of the work is site maintenance, php, mysql, blogs, and a lot of ecommerce implementations.

I am providing financial statistics for the entire year and I want to know what you would offer for those financials, and will only respond to PM's that have monetary ranges included and that are reasonable.

Currently, I do all of the work, so expenses total $90.00 a year for hosting and domain registration. I can provide "view only" access to my paypal accounts for serious bidders, so you will be able to verify first hand. Unfortunately it won't include my checking accounts, which receives a smaller portion of payments.

Some notes about the financials. I quit a full time job in mid-May to focus on this business, October is a low month because of some late payments, which made November a huge month, when it would have been a record month anyway. December of course, isn't finished yet so I'm expecting payments totaling over $3000.00 still for this month.

What is the traffic for the site? Any BIN? I am not exactly sure what the site does? Please explain. What actual work is done?

 

There is no BIN, traffic to the site is pretty much irrelevant to me. Although it's about 300-500 uniques per month. Most of the clients are repeat business, and referrals from current clients. I do get some inquiries through the site, but if I spent time building the site to higher traffic I doubt I could handle the number of clients I would have.

Also, I must have deleted the part about the type of work done by accident. It is mostly website maintenance, php, mysql, blogs, custom design, and ecommerce implementation, and also web hosting.

I would imagine a new web designer who wants an automatic client base would be the best candidate for a buyer, or someone who already runs a similar company and wants to build their client base with many repeat loyal clients.
