Graphic Design / Flash Animation

I'm looking for a very particular flash animation in the mould of the mitchelin tyre character and the microsoft office assistant to appear on one of my websites and also in marketing material.

Please contact me if you are interested in the this project. I am only prepared to work with people who's first language is English. No indian companies - I've had nothing but misery trying to explain this to someone in bengali via Elance.
