I've tried mamma media, but their rates are really low (like 2 cents a click, and 12 cents CPM) So, I was wondering if there are any good banner programs left, that I'd run in addition to Adsense. I get decent traffic, but its not a very large site (aobut 5-7K impressions a day). I've tried fastclick, but they wont accept my site, didn't give me any reason why either Josh
