just tried to submit a free regular listing but it seems it is asking for a link back to your site before you can submit. and also i think you should remove google adds on your submit page it is kind of annoying to find an ad before the captcha.
It works just fine now.I don`t know why it didn`t let you submit a free listing(except the fact if you clicked the option with a reciprocal link) i verified it and gave no errors. Regarding the google ad, i moved it higher so it wouldn`t be between the captcha and "enter code" are try submitting your site`s now.I don`t think there will be any problems.
