"A private morality watchdog group has issued a warning about the hit video game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas following reports that a downloadable code allows players to access sexually explicit game play. The explicit scenes are accessed using a game modification program called Hot Coffee, which has been downloaded over the internet more than 1 million times since it was released a month ago, said the author of the code, Patrick Wildenborg." http://www.smh.com.au/news/technology/grand-theft-porn-alert/2005/07/12/1120934222425.html ( may require registration) have anyone played this ? Should i run and get one tonight?
That's just wrong! I'd be really pissed if my kid had access to that. I guess they hid it so they wouldn't get the "Adults Only" rating.
The article doesn't really say what can be unlocked. I'm not sure what the National Institute on the Media and the Family's defintion of "porn" is. The violence alone in that game without the unlocks would be enough to keep your kids from playing it. I like violent games but I'm an adult
Wait, you mean the group isn't mad at the gang banging, shooting up a city, using prostitutes, being a pimp, and general mayhem. But porn? WHOA! Hold your horses man; that's a little too far?
God whatever next! It was only a matter of time before Virgin Teen Lesbian gang bang get's replaced with computerised porn. Welcome to 2005.
I saw some of the screenshots...it's pretty graphic. You basically direct a porn scene. I've never played GTA...but it looks like fun.
I used to have a cheat to turn Lara Croft nikkid... Sex sells. That game is already an 18 (Equivilant of an R in the US) so why the big deal about a porn plugin for it?
The dumb part is this game is rated M for mature, meaning 18+ only can buy it. So if parents are getting their kids games rated M and not expecting anything maybe they should be the one punished.
hmmm... I guess I'll have to install the old copy of GTA I have around here... You know, just to test if this is true...
