    I have a gradient background on my site. Is it any possibility to place an adsense adverts without any background ??

    Nope it is not possible. But you can place Adsense Search box in any gradient background you like.

    you are not allowed to do it and you can not allowed to change any part of adsense code

    Pick a color midway through the section of the gradient the ad will be in and use that. I've done it and it looks pretty good.
