Brandable, premium domain name. This is a fairly new website that is currently running on WP Review Site 3.0: Single Site License ($97.00 value, paid for in full), but the site has been heavily customized, both visually and the backend. You can view the original template here:

and then of course the customized one at GradeHosts.com. The logo is an original illustrated graphic for the site as well. Not only are the visuals unique to the site, but the rating system has been modified to allow users to give the host a simple passing or failing grade and then the percent of passes is calculated to give each host an overall rating. I have not seen any other host review sites with a rating system like this. Fun/brandable/easy to use.

Currently the website has 30 UNIQUE/AUTHENTIC reviews, some are quite in-depth...

The review content is ALL original. Very little promotion has been done for the site so far, besides submitting to search engines/an ad on DP/WHT, but I’ve gotten great feedback on the site thus far.

Assume little traffic/no revenue (153 uniques since June 1st). The site will make its money through the affiliate links, which you can replace with your own easily through WordPress (the links are located when you click Visit Host)... The site is all about providing authentic reviews by the customers themselves, not by the affiliates or the web hosts, and I hope whoever purchases it sticks with that. If you can spend some time promoting the site, you will be thoroughly rewarded. I was very excited about this website/domain, but I just don’t have the time to give it the attention it deserves.
