    Want to sell http://www.tagalogsongs.net quick for $100 (bought at $900).

    Looking for a quick sale. At this price, assume no traffic and revenue.

    Of course, in reality, the site is still bringing in traffic (100+ visits per day) and can EASILY earn $15 a month or more.

    As I'm looking for a quick sale, any extra earnings will become a bonus to the buyer.

    Site used to earn $40 per month in adsense for more than a year. I don't have adsense account. whoever has adsense can just buy the site and put ads on it to start earning on autopilot. Looking for a quick sale, so just waiting for the lucky guy.
