GPT Site Making over $2,000+ a month! Very Established!

I am taking offers for my GPT site, MoraTraffic.com. The site is over two years old and has a great reputation for paying members. I have included a few stats from my three largest networks. Traffic stats are not available right now, as I just switched servers but my 3 month Alexa ranking is 78,000 something and I know I had over a million page views the last two months. I can post stats as soon as the new server starts showing them.

The site is a paid to signup site, pay to click site, possible auto/manual surf program if wanted, pay to read email and a pay to chat area. I have many plugins installed, such as a Raffle, Jackpot game and Advertising manager. The forum is active on the site and I hold many contests to keep interest and visitors around.

Advertising Income in the spreadsheet comes from upgraded membership and ads on the site such as banners, emails and PTC ads. It is a great way to boost your PayPal account during the month!

Revenue proof from my 3 largest networks plus my entire accounting spreadsheet with all networks and profit since I bought the site early this year. Profit for the last 6 months is well over $13,000 and is still very strong with tons of room to grow. I really have done no advertising for the site and it grows VERY strong from word of mouth.

Also included in the sale is a Paid to Post forum, a Paid Freebies forum and a Paid Manual Custom Made Surf site. Income on these sites has been minimal but if promoted further, they could really take off.

There is a lot of potential here with this site but I simply want to move on to bigger and better things. If I don't get enough for the site, I will just keep on running it as it is a great money maker for me. If you have any questions, please let me know as I am sure I missed something!

I noticed you have adsence and adbrite on your site. don't they both disallow Paid To sites.

 

I don't have Adsense on the site. I have MediaShakers and AdBrite on the site but they are just used in general advertising, not in the PTC ads or the PTR ads, so incentive traffic is going to them.

Also, I just joined up with NetWinner, who offers a pay to play games service. I just have had them up for 4 or 5 days and made $20 just from posting my link and members playing their games. I am expecting to make from $60-$120 extra a month from them as well.

How do you sign up for netwinner, out of curiosity?...I can only find the 'public' site. How do you make money, as it says 'play for free?'

maybe you should be more serious about your asking price... I just bought
a $2k site, $3-5k seems to be the going rate for a site that earns that much.

to be honest, if i was to pay that much, i would require an escrow, so it
is proven the site is making that much... to many scams, and over inflated
claims float around this place...

 

You can contact me about signing up through them. You have to have a top 100K rank in the US according to Alexa and they really are only word of mouth for publishers. That is how I signed up.

My price is based on 8 to 10 times monthly revenue, a normal going rate for sites. I am not going to sell a site making over $2000 a month for $3000, which I can make in a little more than a month. Like I said, I have no problem keeping it and making the money, but would consider selling it to move on to other things. If you read my auction, I said payment through Escrow.com only.
