    Hi all,

I know this is probably a topic which has been discussed so so many times but could i have your opinions on which site is more profitable, less fraud targeted, easier to find ads for.

GPT or Freebie Based Site ( Gift Incentive )

Im guessing a gpt is harder as many networks are shortened to cash incentive based offers?? May be wrong??

I really prefer get paid to sites and some of the new generation top GPT sites are much more legitimate than freebies. I've had a lot of success promoting the almost instant payment GPT site called Cash Lagoon via the in house referral program - really solid conversions.

Cash Incent does invite more fraud...points incent have more offers available, but you will have to do prizes that don't involve cash. Gift cards, electronics, etc. would work for those.

I offer both on my site so that too is an option.

As far as networks are concerned...many offer different options. There are some that I have 2 accounts on...one for my cash offers, one for point offers.

Is it profitable to own your own GPT or is the market saturated? I can imagine it's best with a niche... the script for the Bux sites especially seems to be proliferating all over the Internet but is it still profitable to open a switchcode site? Good luck to you graphicnut and let us know how it goes.

Both markets are very saturated, but the bigger reward is with freebie sites .... that is if you wish to compete against around 50+ sites out there, that are all pretty much the same (offers and payout structure are similar).

There is a lot of fraud with such sites too, and major advertisers do leave (I've witnessed at least 2 or 3 major offers being diminished, including one about a week ago). Sometimes your payment can also get reversed, and the inability for sites to pay back members for this loss has closed many sites in the past. Just be careful if you decide to open yet another site like this.

Both pretty saturated at this point. And fraud has been a major problem.

Both are saturated and fraud is a major problem. Phone verification and security settings on ip's help a lot. As well as country restrictions. I've joined several networks to get stuff for my cash incent.site, its difficult but not impossible. ;)

Stick with GPT, unless you have a lot of quality incent traffic like Trainn.
