Government News and People Website Blog Needs Review

Hello everyone, we are reviewing the design of this local government blog site. Please pay attention to two questions: do you like the template of the site? does the site load fast in your browser? Thank you for your reviews.

 

Small site, but good for all in the world

 

We are building to make it big. This is a voluntary work for our local community. We hope the site would generate interest and support from the people themselves.

 

News sites aren't like this, it should be a little-less colorful.
And get a favicon.

i definitely like that look and feel of it, now u just need to promote it.

 

thank you vega. that is encouraging. this is a bit an old theme. the original designer has migrated to canada and found a job. he could have developed more wp themes like this but his hands are full at this time.

 

Yeah def. get a favicon. Its ok, but the ads are a little odd. I do realise its in the Phillipenes, but its just odd seeing national news, and then seeing "Hey guys, come join me for some hot action at so and so".

Just my thoughts.
