Yes he has a case but it will not be looked upon independently and fairly, unless he has ten of thousands of pounds to pay for his legal fees, to get the wrongful dismissal reversed And that, unless he has the money to pay for it himself, will be unlikely to happen Why is that, quite simple the people or company that will donate to pay his legal fees, their names will for sure become known, then what happens someone will start 'digging dirt' on them That's how the rotten corrupt system works I am afraid to say

Because he was involved in fining the Mclaren team $100 million dollars for a spy case, this dealt a big blow to them and i suspect they had a hand in this because they want to take revenge on him. Politics unfortunatley like this play a big part in F1.
